Request C61S old firmware.

I have ten C61S cameras on local service.
and want to fix HTTP and RSTP port.
but after power failed  current firmware are random new port.
(Current 48.78.203.12)

the camera is automatic IP , not fixed IP.
the http port will changed after camera restart and power on again.
