Hello,

Yes, I have three cameras that appear as "online" but not show video, only show a black screen. When I connect this camera all begin making the movement of tilt and pan.

However, I have other camera that not make anything, only turn on the led IR random, but only this. It is dead...
I want to recovery my cameras. Do you need other information for help me? What I must sent to you? I can enter to WEB UI and see all information.

1."online" but not show video， need to replace lens;
2.camera that not make anything, only turn on the led IR random,   this camera need to return to factory for flashing program.

1: The procedure of change the lens I made it, but the problem is same after. I believe that after upgrade not work good some related whith the internet protocol. Why appear "building encrypted channel"? what specificlly fail here? I changed the lens of one camera whith fail to other camera good, and the other camera work good. There are relationship enter the message "building encrypted channel" and the lens of the camera? I think that the camera is not prepare to transmit video by problem of link whith internet and I not believe that the video is damaged.

2: What is the procedure for send the camera to the factory? How much is cost?

"Building encrypted channel" is mean that camera is offline, out of connection with router network.

What I do for recovery the four cameras? I believe that the failure occur after the upgrade. I can read others post and happen same.
I have as three weeks making test in the lens, conection type, I installed other firmware version and conected the camera in other network; but I not solved the problem.
Do you have other idea for help me (I am lost 4 cameras...)?

I ve got same problem. My cam is also  c7824wip, VSTB787970XRKDD.
I tried FW-Update, after that no more video. I tried other FW from this forum, then only IR-LED lid and connection impossible.
Then i go back to 48.53.72.91 with microSD-card, that worked, but no more Video. Connection works with App and Browser is now possible.
I tried Update with App, but after upgrading ther is still 48.53.72.91 in the cam.
I tried Update per Browser, that says "cannot upgrade w. Version < 133 ... "
What can I do? Please help!
