I have latest Eye4 installed.

Is it possible to view cameras in laptop if there is no internet connection in this laptop?

If not, is there any way around it, maybe using some other software?

Thanks, but i'm asking how i can connect camera wirelessly to windows PC which is not connected to internet at all.

Hi, Sir/Madam,
In fact, wireless connection is only work for phone APP. cannot suitable for windows PC.
You could wireless connect it and add it to phone APP , then run your windows PC APP to add camera.
