Hello (log in problem)

I am using Vstar camera for a long time.

Excellent product!

The only problem is with log in.

Randomly it is logging out the app. Requesting me to log in again.

*No one logged in with a different device
*I changed my password and the problem continues.

Making me wonder if the system is logged in by other person that’s hacking it.

We are talking on 2 WiFi cameras.

There are two solution ways:
one is tell me your account username and at least one camera UID which have added in this account.
the other one is register a new account again.

Maybe the system crashed because the account was hacked is impossible
