Looking for latest firmware & web UI for C7824WIP

hi!
My camera is a C7824WIP, and i change de firmware, but now there is no image when i conect to the camera.
now, i download the previous version, but there is no change.
Firmware Version          48.53.72.104
  Web UI Version          EN53.8.1.14

can you help me?

Thank you for your feedback!
Did you directly upgrade camera firmware on Eye4 APP ??
1. Please download IP Camera  on you Windows computer . Download link : https://www.vstarcam.com/software-download
2. Then make sure your camera and computer work at the same network .
3.  Then open IP Camera Finder to detect your camera IP address .  If the tool detects,  you will find camera IP address , then use camera IP address to access to We browser , to see if can view camera live-time video.

My camera is a C7824WIP, and i updatee firmware from 48.53.72.103 to 48.53.72.104 , after that it can't move the camara to left and right ,it can only up and down.
now, i need to downgrade to 48.53.72.103. Pls send me 48.53.72.103 firmware.

Please manually downgrade firmware to 48.53.72.91 via the tool " IP Camera Finder "

I just updated my camera C7824WIP with latest firmware but now the camera isn't accesible via de tool "IP Camera Finder" is there any way to recover?

Where did you upgrade your C7824WIP firmware ?
Before upgrading the firmware, have you confirmed whether the new version of the firmware is consistent with the current version?

I updated the camera through the website to the latest version of this forum: 48.53.75.133

The firmware version I had was: 48.53.64.87

I have managed to reactivate the camera with the SD card update procedure, but I can not update to a newer version....
the UID of my camera is:
VSTC870376CVVYU

Can you provide me with the latest firmware?
