I NEED HELP FOR C7824WIP

Dear customer
1. Please download IP Camera Finder  on you Windows computer . The file was attached there .
2. Then make sure your camera and computer work at the same network . You can plug the Ethernet cable into camera and router .
3.  Then open IP Camera Finder to see if can detect your camera IP address .
