How to install the latest firmware for C7816WIP and C7895WIP

Hi.  Please...
I have been trying by the app 4eye to update the firmware for my 3 cameras C7816WIP because they don't show the option to save into TF card by motion detection.  But the 4eye do not complete the firmware update, and its is the same problem with my 2 Door Cam C7895WIP.
How do I fix these problems to update the firmwares of both C7816WIP and C7895WIP to have the option of saving in the TF Card by motion detection?

Pls make sure your camera and computer work at the same network . You can plug the Ethernet cable into camera and router .
Then upgrade firmware in the Eye4 APP .
