Problem with EyE4 v.1-3-1-9 installed on the PC.

Hello, I have installed on my PC -win 10 64 bit, the software Eye4 v. 1.3.1.9, to remotely view two C13S cameras. On my mobile (android) I can control well from anywhere.
When I open Eye4 1.3.1.9 on the PC, after logging in and after setting a password, numerical only, and having enabled the plaintext password on an android mobile phone. I connect with the two cameras, I confirm the connection, but I cannot see the video stream, the monitor switches to black, maintains the connection and I read the kb coming from the two cameras. How can I resolve this issue?
