RTSP and camera СB73

Please help me get a video stream from the CB73 camera via rtsp\onvif.
I set up a static address and port for the camera. All devices (PC\phone\camera) within the same subnet. But all that i got was a stream via http with a link like: http://192.168.200.221:30080/videostream.cgi?user=admin&pwd=password
At this resolution 640*360, 5 fps.

Links that are mentioned in the web interface:
rtsp://192.168.200.221:10554/udp/av0_0
http://192.168.200.221:10080/onvif/device_service
does not work. Not in VLC, not in TinyCam, not in the ONVIF Device Manager.

With this configuration in the port scanner, i see opened ports: 23, 443, 9876 and 30080 (all TCP). Those 10554 and 10080 are not even found with a scanner, they are closed. It is not clear why 443, 9876, if everything in fact works through 30080.

Perhaps you have other firmware for this camera? Looks like this is the last opportunity to get RTSP.

How can i advance in resolution to HD or Full HD from 640*360?
