Hi,
I bought an C29S camera and after installation im getting a message "Building an encrypted channel" and I cant see nothing.
Im NOT using 5G wifi.

Please help.

Hi, Sir/Madam,  "building an encrypted channel" means camera is offline.
Generally speaking, the issue “offline” mainly caused by unstable wireless connection, change of router, change of wireless password etc, there are some advices for solving this issue.   
1. It is recommended to connect the camera to the LAN port of the router with a network cable.  
2. Please restore the camera to factory default and reconfigure it

I can access all the settings, i can format the sd card, rename the camera but everytime i click the video i got stuck with " Building an encrypted channel".

Dear customer ,
Regarding this issue, I would suggest you to uninstall the app and re-install it,  reset the cam and reconfigure it, then upgrade the firmware of the cam to the latest one, and test again.
