Hi, I have problem, with my VStarcam T6836WTP PnP.  I've tried many times upgrading camera firmware. Current firmware is 48.2.0.192 TM3.0.1.24 (Shown in Eye4) when I use application by smartphone and by PC with eye4 It shows that new version is 48.2.0.193. However, after update (says it takes 5 minutes and will reboot, but camera reboots earlier and It came back to same firmware version 48.2.0.192. The main problem is the camera keeps rebooting continuously, every 30-60 seconds, and it changes randomly the WEB port, making it impossible to setup the camera via WEB. (and use it)

Thank you for contacting us!
Due to the kernel version of the firmware 48.2.0.193 is the same with the 48.2.0.192, so after upgrade to the 48.2.0.193, it will display as 48.2.0.192,don't worry.
You can fix camera IP port .
1. Please download IP Camera  on you Windows computer . Download link : https://www.vstarcam.com/software-download
2. Then make sure your camera and computer work at the same network .
3.  Then open IP Camera Finder to detect your camera IP address .  If the tool detects,  you will find camera IP address , Then fix camera ip port

Hi! thanks for the suggestion. Using IP Camera Finder and setting FIXED IP instead of synamic, It Fixed also the camera ip management port.
I thought were independant (IP and Port).
But it didn´t solve the permanent Camera boot cycle:
45sec  pan&tilt (I can see what the camera sees during this time, while rebooting)
60sec wait&reboot (I can watch the camera during some seconds, until it reboots again
and start cycle again! 45, 60,45,60...
Could you send to me a previous Firmware version or correct this one? It didn´t reboot continuously before!

Thank you for your kind feedback!
Please change the camera to different adapter(with the same voltage) and power sockets to test, to see if it caused by unstable power supply.
