Can't get parameters

Hi,

I'm stuck with this problem. I can't get parameters or get into the SD card on my windows Eye4 client. I can do it just perfect from my phone using the android Eye4 version but not in windows version. I was able to do it a couple of days before but it seems that something just broken.
I tried uninstall and installing again with no luck. I can watch live the cameras even remove or adding all of them again. But I can't get the SD videos or get the parameters from any camera.

Anyone have the same issue?

Thank you for your kind feedback!
When you try Eye4 APP PC client , you only login your Eye4 APP account on computer . Dont need to add camera into PC client again . Because you login Eye4 APP account in your phone .
Also ,  please install the latest version of PC client .

I too am awaiting the urgent firmware update to resolve this problem of camera parameters not available, you said there would be an update mid February, is this to be released soon as the daylight saving time in the UK is to change in a week and the camera times will need changing.. As it stands I cannot do this... I have used this system for years and fully know how to use it, there is obviously a fault with the camera parameter option!! PLEASE FIX ASAP.....

Our Engineer are still testing the Eye4 PC client . Last time We got the released time on Feb , but now we are not sure the released time. Currently , you can use phone Eye4 APP to playback SD card videos first .
