Can't get parameters

Ok then but how am I going to be able to change the time on my cameras when the clocks go forward an hour next week!!!! They will display the wrong time as it stands now...

Dear customer
If the time on the camera displayed incorrectly,
firstly, please make sure the camera is not connected by users from other time zones.  
Secondly, please download the latest version of mobile APP and upgrade the firmware of the camera to the latest version.

Camera was not connected by any other users only myself, I had the latest version of mobile app.. But just had a look on my laptop and the latest version release upgrade has worked and I can now thankfully access the camera parameters in order to change the time when the clocks go forward in a few days so a big "WELL DONE" to the engineers at Vstarcam..  Thank you.....

The new version works like a charm !
