Dear customer ,
pls make sure camera and computer connect to same router .
You can plug the Ethernet cable into camera and router . Then try again on browser .
The camera username is admin . The camera default password is 888888.

I got the same error message on  my new C26S ( Firmware 48.111.173.23) .  Do you have any suggestion?   I have more than 10 Vstarcams in many models and all been used web Interface without any problem.

Generally speaking, the issue “offline” mainly caused by unstable wireless connection, change of router, change of wireless password etc, there are some advices for solving this issue.   1. It is recommended to connect the camera to the LAN port of the router with a network cable.   2. Please restore the camera to factory default and reconfigure it

People have found that new stocks cannot be configured through web browsers.  But it forces me to configure it through the camera tool.  which I don't want me to be asked to reconfigure through the web browser.

Dear customer
1. please reset camera to factory default
2. please plug network cable into camera and router. make sure your camera and phone connect the same network
3. please delete camera and choose" Search in LAN" way to add camera
4. after the 3rd step, you can view camera real-time image by lan cable. you can go to camera basic parameters to set camera wifi
