CS66Q_X18 Firmware

Can you send me the the latest fimware for CS66Q-X18.

Hi again,  I have CS66Q-X18 camera and now it is not working anymore. Also when i press “reset button” for short or long time, nothing happens. Can you send me the lates firmware for CS66Q-X18? I want to upload firmware again by using sdcart, if  it is possible. Thanks.

Dear customer
1. please reset camera to factory default
2. please plug network cable into camera and router. make sure your camera and phone connect the same network
3. please delete camera and choose" Search in LAN" way to add camera
4. after the 3rd step, you can view camera real-time image by lan cable. you can go to camera basic parameters to set camera wifi
