PC Client / no automatic connection to cameras

I use Windows10 and also the newest eye4 Application. On iOS App all cameras are connected and working automatically. On PC after starting Program, no camera can be connected, I have always to give in the Camera Password on each camera. Then connection is ok. After a new restart on eye4 Program, I have to introduce passwords again.
How can passwords of cameras be memorized?

Thank you for your feedback!
What are your camera model ??
Please open your Eye4 app account in your iPhone , then access to each camera settings , to check if there is a plaintext password icon . If all cameras have this icon , please enable it and write the camera password  .
Then when you open Eye4 app on windows computer , you write this plaintext password in the PC client . Please note that the plaintext password only can be numbers .

hello
on iPhone it works likes before, but on Windows PC it does NOT memorize the Password. Effect; if we stop eye4 Software and restart Eye4 Software, there is no automatic connection to the camera.
Camera Type is Starcam C7824WIP

Dear customer ,
Please upgrade Eye4 APP version on Computer first .
Open Eye4 APP on your phone , then click camera settings icon in the homepage of APP . If there is a plaintext password icon , please enable it and modify password (password need to be numbers).
Then you input this plaintext password into PC client .
