After factory reset
The camera lost its UID, I restored the factory UID VSTJ508501XEKGM from the sticker
The camera works over IP
But does not work through Eye4
still found a difference from working cameras in the DDNS Password field? but I don't know how to fill it in and what should be there?
help me please

Dear customer ,
Thank you for you feedback!
please refer to the below steps :
1. Please reset camera to factory default . the camera default password is 888888. You can find" Reset " button at the body of camera. hold the button for 10-30 seconds.
2. Please plug network cable into camera and router. make sure your camera and phone connect the same network .
3. Please open Eye4 APP , then click on "+" icon , then choose "Others"---"IP Camera "---" Wired connection " way to add camera into eye4 app again .
4. After you view camera real-time image , you can go to camera basic parameters to set wifi for your camera.

Hello, I have questions about my Vstarcam C63S which the cable to camera was cut and would like to ask where can I can get the spare part of it or how I can use other spare part to use instead.
