Still no solution for me from support3 And support4@vstarcam.Com. Would you please attach older firmware in this webboard or giveme some link to download it. This is not good customer's experience.

I would like to say I m sorry. There was an e mail with firmware attachmed . Ifrom support3 In my gmail. It went in to spam so I couldnt see it. I m sorry. Thank you for your support. I ll try it.

Thanks for contacting us!
Is the issue that the live video in the NVR don't have audio?  Do you remember what was the firmware version before you update?
Please try this: Change the 'channel settings' to video, click apply, and then change the channel settings to AV(audio and video), click apply, and check again.
