N8209p no sound after latest firmware upgrade

Hi,
I'm using the latest firmware and lost sound recording. Please help me.

My characteristics are the following:
Dev name        NVR
Dev model        N8209
HW version        1.1.0
SW version        2.8.9.13_21D22810
Reldatetime        08/07/2020 10:10

I don't remember the number of the previous firmware version.
I already try to Change the 'channel settings' to video, click apply, and then change the channel settings to AV(audio and video), click apply, and check again. And still not working the record sound.
