How Can I Recovery Password ?

\n\nSorry!I forget my password and i have do recovery via app eye4. I get link for Retrieve and change password ( i input new pass ) , but i log in again, its not working with new passwork.

I need your help.

Forget App Account and Password  
1.Currently, there is no way to retrieve account name of PC and mobile APP, it required to register a new one if you forgot it.  
2.If you forgot the password, click “ Forget Password “ in Eye4 APP in PC or Phone, enter the email account bound the account, then you will get a verification mail, please follow the system prompts to change the password. 
Note： If you can not get the verification mail, please contact us.
3. If you got " no bind email for account ", when you input email address , please leave your account username , and camera UID in your account , then  we will reset account password to you .

It's mean : CAN'T NOT GET PASSWORK BACK
We will creat a new account when we loss passwork

Buen día.
la contraseña no me funciona en la app eye4 ni en el pc.
He pedido olvido de contraseña y da mensaje de "correo enviado, consulte su email" pero no llega ningún correo a mi cuenta, en ningún sitio, tampoco en spam.
No puedo crear otra cuenta por que me dice que mi correo ya está registrado en una cuenta.
