What Authorization Failed means?

I am using Eye4 for PC version 1.3.2.6 , recently I experience the problem at my new camera CS24 with the error "Authorization Failed" but not with the model C7824WIP
Please advise.

There is no problem with Eye4 for Android.

Dear customer ,
Thank you for your feedback!
Please follow below steps to  solve this issue :
1) Please login your Eye4 APP account in your phone . Then click camera setting icons in the homepage of APP. You will find a Plaintext password icon there. Then you enable this plaintext password(note: this password only can be numbers)
2)  After that , you login Eye4 APP account on your computer again , then start this camera viewing to see if can work normally.
3) If the camera still doesnot work again , You need to reset camera to factory default , and delete camera from your APP account . Then add camera into account again . Then try to enable the plaintext password and check it on computer .

The device I am using is vstarcam CS24B. Recently I got the error message "Authorization Failed". I am using Eye4 PC version 1.3.2.7

I followed the instructions above, but still got the error.

Firstly , at the  phone Eye4  , you enable the camera plaintext password , and set password  to be only  numbers .
Then login same   Eye4 account on computer , the camera will auto authorize viewing .

Software is 48.53.184.24
I get Authorization failed on 2 cameras, but it only happens intermittently
Both cameras have Plaintext password set in the Android app.
I can often connect by logging in again on the PC (Setup/Change Operator/ Login) without actually changing the operator account, then Start All.
Th two C7824WIP cameras get Authorization Failed messages. The older cameras connect OK

What is your Eye4 PC client version ? Please let me check it first .
