What Authorization Failed means?

----- I do not seem to have  a response ---- is there any solution?

Dear customer ,
Please reset camera to factory default , then add it back to phone Eye4 APP again .
Then enable the plaintext password.
Then you open Eye4 APP on windows computer to start this camera again.

I get Authorization failed on 2 cameras, but it only happens intermittently
Both cameras have Plaintext password set in the Android app.
I can often connect by logging in again on the PC (Setup/Change Operator/ Login) without actually changing the operator account, then Start All.
Th two C7824WIP cameras get Authorization Failed messages. The older cameras connect OK

Dear customer , Please register 2nd Eye4 app account on Eye4 for Windows  computer . then manually add camera password and UID into new account .
