Please follow below steps to solve this issue :
1) Please login your Eye4 APP account in your phone . Then click camera setting icons in the homepage of APP. You will find a Plaintext password icon there. Then you enable this plaintext password(note: this password only can be numbers)
2) After that , you login Eye4 APP account on your computer again , then start this camera viewing to see if can work normally.
3) If the camera still doesnot work again , You need to reset camera to factory default , and delete camera from your APP account . Then add camera into account again . Then try to enable the plaintext password and check it on computer . |
