N8209 cannot connect to AF81

on my NVR N8209 I have 5 Vstarcam cameras connected and working perfectly, recently I bought the ipcam AF81 but I can't connect to my NVR N8209 the error message “failed connection” always appears.  is the only ipcam from Vstarcam that I can't connect to my NVR.

Thank you for your feedback!
Please make sure your AF81 work normally  on phone Eye4 APP . When you can view AF81 online on Eye4 APP , please click camera settings icon in the homepage of APP . There is a plaintext password icon . Please enable it ( Note that this password only can be numbers ). After that , You search AF81 IP address again in the NVR. and input this plaintext password into NVR  to see if can work again .

thanks for the answer but it didn't work, the CS55 camera works perfectly the problem is in the AF81 the NVR doesn't connect, it seems to me a compatibility problem between the camera and the NVR.  It just looks like the Connect Failed message, I've tried everything.  it is necessary to add the AF81 camera in the NVR N8209 compatibility.

Dear customer ,
Thank you for your feedback!
Firstly, please check what is the IP address of your NVR.
Secondly, try to set the ip of the AF81 as dynamic and try again.
Thirdly, try to change the  AF81 to H264 on mobile app(in the 'Image settings' tab) and check again.
When you manually add the cam to your NVR, will it work?
Please give me the firmware version of your camera, I will confirm if it supports onvif protocol.
