Virus in app-pnp-Upgrade-vstarcam.exe ???

Dear support,
I think you need to check out one of your file which you have uploaded to your site, download.eye4.cn .
I went to you cd.gocam.so and under "T,C Series (Pangolin PnP): ", I tried downloading the Smart Upgrade tool. My antivirus gave me warning on the site but I proceed to download the file. After downloading the file, I tried to run it(app-pnp-Upgrade-vstarcam.exe), my antivirus blocked the operation immediately and claimed it is PDM:Trojan.Win32.Truebadur.a  .

Ok, so I thought perhaps my antivirus was wrong.
I did a testing, I downloaded the smart upgrade tool from "H Series(Pangolin PnP):Stop Production" . The file name and size is the same as the one which I downloaded from "T,C Series(Pangolin PnP):" I downloaded it and run it without facing any problem from the antivirus. After running it, it download and updated a new firmware for the camera but it claimed my web UI version is the latest, so I didn't upgrade the web UI(only upgrade the firmware). I tested the camera, it is still running. So my guess is both the files are the same but one of them seems to have been infected with virus.


Dear Vstarcam Support,

1 could you check what is going on with the Smart Upgrade tool from"T,C,Series(Pangolin PnP)?
2. Is the smart upgrade tool from "T,C Series(Pangolin PnP):" same as the one from  "H Series(Pangolin PnP):Stop Production"?

1. please don't worry,our software has not virus,my anti-software is Avira,it's noraml,so please add the software to the white list.
2. please tell me  what you want in email then i will send the software and firmware of camera to you.
3. please tell me what is your anti-virus software,i will feedback this problem.

I'm using Kaspersky Antivirus.
I downloaded the file from 2 sections, one is from T,C Series section which is problematic , the other one is from H Series(PnP). The downloaded files have same name and size.
If according to what you have said, shouldn't my antivirus blocked both files but instead it blocked only one file from T,C Series.
I did the upgrading using the Smart Tools from H Series(PnP) and it successfully upgraded.
