snapshoot.cgi nor working

i have 2 cameras .. and both seem to have the same problem with newer firmwares ..

the url /snapshoot,cgi works just a few times (if at all) and then the camera fails to deliver a image.

the mobile app works just fine .. but its impossible to access a jpeg image via http

does anyone have a idea how to get rid of this bug ?

the older firmwares seem not to have this issue at all .. BUT they have other problems with PTZ ..

it does greatly suprise me that a product that is so long time on the market has such beginners-bugs ..

2 of the 3 cameras i have are totally useless since the new firmware was installed,
reverting the firmware to a older version does not fix it.

what do you mean?
and what's the cam model? what's the cam firmware and web ui info?
