Camera won't send email when motion is detected

hello, can I know which IP camera to buy if I want to receive by Email a picture of what happens when motion detector detects something ?

Dear Sir/Madam,
In PC client APP, all motion detection cameras, such as C7824,C26S,  you can receive a picture after one motion detction alarm be triggered.
in phone clienct APP, there is no picture,  but you can install SD card to set motion detion alarm recording, it will record a 30 seconds video clip after one motion detction alarm be triggered.
