Camera Instance

Installed new Eye4 app on my wifes Android phone.  When ever we login another instance of the netcam1 comes up.  After a reboot, it shows only the 1 instance, but then more show up after we login again.  Any idea why this is happening?

I run the EyeCloud app on my phone with no problems.

Thanks for your message. If you reboot camra, the camera password maybe changed, it may cause camera disconnecting network. what is more, it may casue some camera
parameters be changed which have set previously。
So please reset camera to factory settings and add it to Eye4 APP.

Thanks for you message, reasons as follows:
1,  Maybe camera's network cut off after caemra reboot,  So you please add this offline camera to APP again.
2,  or the phone network is poor, please check you phone network speed。
3,  Logout APP and login APP again.
