EagletVision Group Hosts Work Safety Month Fire Safety Training to Consolidate Its Safety Management Foundation

This June marks the 23rd National Work Safety Month. To further improve fire safety management at the industrial park and enhance the management team’s sense of responsibility and risk awareness, EagletVision Group held a special fire safety training at its Shiyan Production Base on the afternoon of June 5. The Group invited Chen Jie, a Level-1 Certified Fire Protection Engineer of the Shiyan Sub-district Fire Safety Committee, to deliver the training. Over 40 people took part, including department managers and key safety staff from workshops and warehouses.

Before the training, Engineer Chen carried out an on-site inspection of the park. In light of the park’s layout, potential hazard points and deficiencies identified in previous fire drills, she tailored the courses to fit the company’s actual production conditions. The training content is practical, easy to understand and well-suited for daily on-site work.

1. Focus on Practical Application: Refining Fire Safety Controls for Critical Scenarios

As a Level-1 Certified Fire Protection Engineer for the Shiyan Sub-district Fire Safety Committee and an expert on the Fire Prevention Committee of the Shenzhen Fire Protection Association, Engineer Chen Jie brings extensive frontline experience in fire prevention, hazard inspection, and emergency response.

During the session, Engineer Chen gave a systematic explanation covering five major aspects: the current fire situation, legal risks arising from dereliction of fire safety duties, key fire risk control measures, self-inspection and rectification of enterprise fire hazards, as well as basic firefighting and evacuation knowledge.

Combining Heinrich’s Safety Law and the fire risk hierarchical management pyramid model, she elaborated on the core management philosophy of “Two Key Priorities and Four Recommendations” for industrial park fire safety. She explained the detailed implementation rules to help the park prevent fires, put out blazes and evacuate safely. The two priorities refer to strict management of ignition sources and hazardous chemicals, and improved emergency capabilities for fire fighting and evacuation. The four measures include ensuring the stable operation of fire alarm and water fire-fighting facilities, as well as implementing fire compartmentation and standard fire separation distances.

Tailoring her advice to the unique setup of the EagletVision park, Engineer Chen conducted a detailed analysis of specific fire risk profiles across different areas, including office spaces, warehouses, and lithium-battery handling zones. Using recent real-world fire case studies, she explained the hidden dangers of common hazards—such as aging electrical wiring, unauthorized charging, and the accumulation of flammable materials—in clear, accessible terms. She emphasized the critical importance of breaking the chain of fire causation at its source. Furthermore, she guided the safety leads through the personal, legal, and operational risks associated with different levels of fire incidents, helping them translate stratified prevention concepts into daily hazard inspection routines. Engineer Chen closed by highlighting that fire safety is a collective duty that demands full participation and individual accountability from every member of the organization.

2. Stratified Training: Achieving Full Coverage from Management Leads to Frontline Positions

This training is another special activity of the Group’s Work Safety Month series, following the company-wide fire drill in April and lithium battery safety training in May. It is also an in-depth capacity building program for the management team.

The participants spanned heads of various functional departments alongside selected safety leads from warehousing and lithium-battery processing units. Through the session, management personnel firmly established the core principle that “managing operations requires managing safety.” Moving forward, these trained safety leads will step into their roles as departmental safety advocates, taking charge of internal knowledge sharing and on-site hazard inspections. Participating department heads noted that the training successfully dispelled past misconceptions about fire safety work. They committed to integrating the training insights into daily departmental management and organizing internal follow-up knowledge-sharing sessions.

3. Building a Solid Defense: Establishing a Comprehensive Fire Safety Protection System

Fire safety lies in prevention and implementation. EagletVision Group always prioritizes work safety in daily operation. The Group has established a comprehensive fire safety system by improving safety management rules, fully installing fire-fighting equipment, organizing regular emergency drills and conducting tiered safety training.

The Group will take this training as an opportunity to further implement safety responsibilities at all levels and optimize the closed-loop management for hazard inspection, rectification and re-inspection, so as to eliminate fire risks from the source. Going forward, the company will strictly follow the principle of “Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Treatment.” The Group will carry out regular safety education and realistic emergency drills to foster a strong safety culture, and support the Group’s long-term development with a stable working environment.
