To advance rural revitalization while protecting the cultural heritage and upgrading spatial conditions of ancient villages, the grand groundbreaking ceremony for the EagletVision Artisan Village took place on June 21, 2026.

The event gathered core attendees including leading officials from the Shiyan Subdistrict Office, Yan Guochao, Chairman of EagletVision Group (parent company of Shenzhen VStarcam Technology Co., Ltd.), Lin Junping, Chairman of Shuitian Joint-Stock Cooperative Company, project design and construction teams, local villagers and corporate staff representatives.
