Smart Fire Protection is Being Promoted in the industrial parks of Shiyan Street, Protecting the Safety of 280 Enterprises.
On April 16, 2025, the government of Shiyan Street focused on the new needs of safety prevention and control in industrial parks, held a second quarter safety publicity and training meeting, and joined forces with VeeSafety, a subsidiary of EagleVision Group, to carry out special publicity on smart fire protection and urban fire remote monitoring systems for 280 industrial park enterprise leaders and safety management backbones in the jurisdiction, promoting the transformation of safety production towards “intelligent prediction and precise prevention and control”.

Government and Enterprises Work Together to Weave a Tight Fire Prevention Net.
VeeSafety General Manager Wang Sen and EagleVision Group Chairman’s Assistant and VeeSafety Vice General Manager Luo Keke use “AI+IoT” technology as the core to analyze how smart fire protection systems can achieve “early detection and disposal” of fire risks through real-time monitoring, hazard warning, remote control and other functions. On site, by simulating scenarios such as factory circuit overload and equipment high temperature, the entire process of the system automatically triggering alarms and linking sprinkler equipment was demonstrated, intuitively demonstrating the advantages of technical prevention and control. The system has been integrated into some key enterprise pilot projects in Shiyan Street, and the fire response efficiency has been improved by 60%. In the future, it will cooperate with enterprises to build a regional level fire data platform, breaking the information silos between enterprises.

Case: From “Passive Firefighting” to “Active Mine Clearance”
VeeSafety Project Manager Yang Peide combined typical fire cases in industrial parks to analyze the blind spots of traditional fire management and proposed targeted solutions:
Electrical fire prevention and control: Install smart sensors to monitor line temperature and current load in real time;
Hazardous chemical storage management: AI identification of electric bicycles, regional alerts, and flammable gas leaks, and links ventilation systems;
Personnel behavior supervision: Video intelligently analyzes hidden dangers such as smoking and blocking passages, and automatically pushes alarm information.

Long-term Empowerment: “Targeted” Safety Training
The person in charge of the Shiyan Subdistrict Emergency Office emphasized that this training is a deepening practice of the “inspection + training” model. In the future, it will cooperate with technology companies to customize smart firefighting courses for different industries and scenarios, and promote the dual-track development of “human defense + technical defense”.
On-site Response
Representatives of participating companies said that technical prevention and control measures have greatly reduced the cost of manual inspections, and are particularly valuable for the renovation of old factories. Currently, many companies have reached preliminary cooperation intentions with VeeSafety, and the street government will provide policy subsidies to support system deployment.
